— ABOUT MORGAN

Three military moves.
Three fresh starts.

One very well-traveled golden retriever, and a real estate practice built around being the kind of agent I wish I'd had on all our moves.

Where it started. Before I could even get my real estate license, I was reading every real estate book I could find. I wanted to learn everything I could about the industry before I jumped in.
Where I learned what military members and their families actually need. Remote closings, buyers who were unfamiliar with the area, deployment timelines, VA loans. It kind of became my thing
JOINT BASE ANDREWS
Where I felt the gap most. So many places to live, so many options, so many decisions to make from far away - and no one in our corner who really cared. That's the gap I'm here to fill
When you move to a new state on military orders you're choosing a home you may never have seen, in a place you don't know, for a life you haven't started yet. You're doing it fast, under pressure, and usually without anyone who's done it before in your corner.
The thing that made the difference for me was never the perfect neighborhood or the right price - it was having someone who actually understood the pressure we were going through and could tell us honestly: here's what you need to know, here's what to worry about, and here's what I'll handle for you.
SUNDAYS · ANNAPOLIS
— WHAT I KNOW ABOUT LANDING SOMEWHERE NEW
Finding a home is the easy part. Finding your people is harder.
Most agents hand you the keys and wish you luck. I'm thinking about what comes after - what it actually feels like to show up somewhere new and not know anyone. I've been there. So beyond finding your home, I'll connect you with local community events, introduce you to people, and yes - if you want to join a Sunday morning run group in Annapolis, I've got one of those too. Landing well isn't just about the house. It's about the life you build around it.
