Where it started. Before I could even get my real estate license, I was reading every real estate book I could find. I wanted to learn everything I could about the industry before I jumped in.
Where I learned what military members and their families actually need. Remote closings, buyers who were unfamiliar with the area, deployment timelines, VA loans. It kind of became my thing

Most agents hand you the keys and wish you luck. I'm thinking about what comes after - what it actually feels like to show up somewhere new and not know anyone. I've been there. So beyond finding your home, I'll connect you with local community events, introduce you to people, and yes - if you want to join a Sunday morning run group in Annapolis, I've got one of those too. Landing well isn't just about the house. It's about the life you build around it.
